Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, 100% refunds can be offered 60 days before the start of the retreat. After September 7, 2025 you may request a partial refund. 50% refunds are available up to 30 days before the retreat. Cancellations after October 7, 2025 and non-attendance are not eligible for a refund. Payment applies to the dates of this retreat only and cannot be transferred to another retreat or service. Group rate only - Group rate is only for bookings of 2 or more. Please note that if attendees book with the group rate and other members of their party cancel, refunds will be partial to adjust the remaining attendee's fee to the normal rate. As with single bookings, group rate cancellations after October 7, 2025 and non-attendance are not eligible for a refund.
